Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for every order within the supported delivery area.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. Orders after 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00, weekends or US federal holidays start their handling calculation on the next business day.
How do I choose a size?
Compare the product’s garment measurements with a shirt you already wear. Measurements are shown in inches and centimeters. Each style is designed with a relaxed unisex fit.
How should I care for my shirt?
Follow the product-specific care guidance on the product page. The fabric composition and construction determine the recommended washing and ironing instructions.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition and packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims are handled separately from these ordinary conditions.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for our error, damage or defects. You pay for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Authorized returns go to our company address in Italy.
When will a refund be issued?
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank or payment-provider posting time may be additional.
